Andrew “Fadi” was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and is passionate about helping his clients find their dream homes in the region. Andrew has sold hundreds of homes with over $100 million in sales in his 18 years of real estate experience. He has worked at two industry disruptors in real estate – Zillow Group and Redfin. He spent 2 years at Redfin as an agent and brand ambassador, followed by 9 years at Zillow Group as the director of industry outreach, where he educated thousands of realtors nationally on how to use technology to enhance the consumer experience.

Andrew’s multi-faceted career has helped him develop a broad and unique skill set. In addition to being a hard working Managing Broker, Andrew is passionate about spending time in the outdoors and playing music. If you are from out of the area, the State of Washington offers endless hiking trails in some of the most spectacular country around. Andrew loves the outdoors and he gets out as much as possible. Throughout Andrew's life he's been passionate about music and the arts. Having graduated from Cornish college of the Arts, he enjoys supporting and participating in the arts as much as he can. Boating is another wonderful way Andrew enjoys spending his time. Whether he is reefing the sails in some heavy weather or just blowing bubbles, being out on the water is Andrew's favorite place to be.

Andrew Scotland serves as Market Director for Brown Retial Group, specializing in multi-tenant and single-tenant net lease properties throughout the Puget Sound region of Washington state. Andrew attended Western Washington University where he earned a B.A. in Business Finance. In his free time, Andrew enjoys camping, horseback riding, reading, and travelling.

Andrew is a real estate professional specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail investments as well as retail leasing. Andrew works with Rick and Kyle Graff, forming the Graff Advisory Group. They have the unique experience of working on both the brokerage and development sides of the deal. A large portion of their business is QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) related with national credit tenants. Some of those tenants include Starbucks, Arby’s, Jack in the Box, Jimmy Johns, Burger King, etc. Having clients all over Western Washington and even out-of-state, the group works diligently to communicate on a regular basis.

Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, Andrew graduated from Washington State University. Andrew also interned at Real Retail back in 2016, where he gained industry knowledge and confirmed his passion for commercial real estate. Outside of real estate, Andrew enjoys watching his Seattle and Washington State University sports teams, playing pick-up basketball, skiing, and golfing.

I developed my love of giving in another life when I was a fundraiser standing on the sidewalk asking people to donate to a child poverty nonprofit. I also used to work as a Bering Sea Crab Fisher so you're not going to find a tougher or savvier pick.  

When I'm not helping people buy or sell properties I am ripping Mt Baker, biking around town and hanging out with my best girl!
