Andrew Smith comes to Strategic with two years of experience in the Central Oregon real estate market. He has a true passion for helping others and giving back to his community. After relocating to Bend, Oregon, he knew that he wanted to assist people in moving to the incredible place he now calls home. Andrew has served honorably in the United States Army and is a retired combat wounded veteran. While he was serving his country, he developed strong accountability and organizational skills that shine in his real estate career. With a background in sales, marketing and management, he is extremely dedicated to providing excellent customer service to his clients. With an educational background in mathematics and engineering, Andrew launched his legal career assisting energy companies with oil and gas drilling and title review in Oklahoma. Prior to joining Schwabe, Andrew worked with a firm in Colorado focused primarily on commercial real estate transactions with additional support regarding general business concerns.

Experience
In 2007 Andrew began his career as an assistant property manager at Doug Bean & Associates, Inc.  In 2009 he became a broker and joined Bluestone & Hockley and later joined Norris & Stevens in 2011.  In 2016, he rejoined Doug Bean & Associates, Inc.  He values long-term relationships and repeat business, because they are proof of a job well done.

Background
Andrew graduated from Portland State University. He currently holds an Oregon Real Estate License and is a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB)
